I’ve been a member of EoS Fitness for a few years now, and overall I’ve had a great experience. The gym is consistently clean, the equipment is well maintained, and the staff has always been friendly and welcoming. Recently, I was at the gym with my son when we met Mark. He introduced himself, mentioned the family membership option, and explained how it worked. I told him I’d been thinking about adding my wife and son, and what I really appreciated was that Mark didn’t immediately go into full-on “sales mode.” No pressure, no hard sell—just helpful information and a friendly conversation. The next day, we came back as a family to get everything set up, and Mark made the entire process quick and painless. He was professional, courteous, answered all our questions, and made sure we understood everything before we left. Honestly, signing up for a gym membership usually feels like you’re negotiating a car lease, but Mark somehow made it easy. Great experience all around. I definitely recommend EoS Fitness, and if you’re looking at a membership, ask for Mark!

Gym is excellent always clean and my needs are always taken care of. One person I want to spotlight is Mark. The guy is aces. I use the sauna often and he always comes in makes sure it’s working. Always so helpful and wanting people to be happy at the gym & welcome. People like him really make the difference here. Keep up the good work Mark, it’s appreciated

Recently signed up with EOS at this facility specifically. I was not let down with the amazing service Mark provided me. The care he offered and the questions he answered were very reassuring on my end. When it came to how he conversed, I felt connected and wanted at EOS. With the help of figuring out what plan worked for not just me but also my family. To the welcoming the Val Vista location, left an amazing impression on me. If you are thinking about getting a membership with EOS go to this location and ask for Mark. He is there to not just see you as a new member but someone who is trying to get things done with how you work. Thank you Mark for the amazing opportunity to get to talk to you and to be back in the gym again!

Best Gym in the East Valley with Great Kids Club always available for the most part ! Accommodating even if you’re running late with your kids !

They have the best handicap shower! The shelf is positioned so it is easy to access your things without having to twist. The hand held shower head is adjustable and has a button to shut off the water on the handle. The pool and jacuzzi are in great shape. I always see the cleaning lady - she keeps that place clean as a whistle.
